In this, we were tasked to create three drawing layers, a one point perspective of a street on the background layer, A medium ground layer of trees and the foreground for the car. and for the character it was animated in a different layer, once that was all done it was time to animate the character.

All of this was to make a flat world more 3D, and to achieving that was by making the character follow the rules of the perspective If that makes sense. So things like the character throwing the bin towards the camera and him walking towards the perspective point makes it more 3D.

Doing this kind of helped me out, I’ve always hand a problem with making my backgrounds more 3D and have the purpose of the story.
